The Internet can be a dangerous place for kids. Here are some safety tips to consider when developing an internet safety policy for your family.
Install an internet filter.
Develop some rules around usage of the Internet. This can include a limit to the amount of time your children spend surfing the Internet and/or chatting online.
Talk to your kids about online predators and educate them on the dangers of using the Internet.
Learn and understand how your kids spend their time online. What are they doing - chatting with friends or playing games, downloading illegal files?
